Product Description
“FRI” is a collection created in collaboration with Mødrehjælpen in support of families with children who are struggling with poverty, illness, or other crises that make everyday life difficult.
When you knit from the FRI collection, you support Mødrehjælpen’s work to help families regain stable footing—towards a daily life filled with joy, calm, and freedom.
The colorful dots remind us of exactly that: play and imagination—everything that has room to grow when worries begin to fade.
DKK 20 from each pattern sold is donated to Mødrehjælpen.
Fri Scarf is a small triangular scarf that can be wrapped twice around a child’s neck or worn as a small shawl tied at the front.
The scarf is worked back and forth. The shape is created using short rows, which gradually expand the work from the center out towards the sides. Finally, all stitches are worked together again.
The dots are worked using intarsia. This makes the scarf a great project if you want to try your hand at intarsia, where several yarn balls are used at the same time. The pattern includes full-size charts.
